- Company Name
- Date of purchase
- Part # from receipt
- Reason for return or warranty
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, part must be returned to store unused and in the same
condition in which you received within 30 calendar days of purchase date.
Refund – Full purchase price will then be awarded less shipping and handling costs.
Exchange – New stock part will be shipped out within 2 business days.
For warranty consideration, original part will need to be returned to the store for inspection. If failure is
due to warranty issue, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued, or a replacement part will be
given per customer request.
Warranty Policy
Wear items: Belts; check valves; chemical injectors; fuel filters; high pressure discharge hose; nozzles; O-rings; quick
couplers; packings and seals on wet-end of pump; oil seals, lights, gaskets; trigger guns, wands; water
strainers & filters – 90 days
